About Our Presenters

Lauren Boucher
Lauren Boucher is a Regional Consultant for Digital Teaching and Learning with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. She holds a master's degree in elementary education and boasts a rich teaching background, including third-grade instruction and gifted education at both elementary and middle school levels. Her expertise also extends to serving as an Instructional Technology Specialist for Pitt County Schools and she shares her insights through both in-person and online presentations at conferences across the nation.

Samantha Fecich
Dr. Samantha Fecich teaches preservice teachers at Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. She has the honor and the pleasure of working with them in their courses related to educational technology and special education. Samantha is also the author of two books designed to support the new and future educator; EduMagic: A Guide for Preservice Teachers, and EduMagic Shine On: A Guide for New Teachers. In addition, she is also the host of the EduMagic Podcast, which shines a light on the work of future teachers.

Melissa Mann
Melissa Mann is a special education teacher with the Madison County School System. She has taught both self-contained and collaborative students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. Melissa is dually certified in Elementary Education and Special Education. She also has a Master's in School Counseling and is a certified school counselor.

Matthew Bergman
Dr. Matt Bergman is an Assessment and Curriculum Coordinator at Elizabethtown College. He also has experience as a teacher, digital learning coach, adjunct professor, instructional designer, consultant, and professional development leader. Matt is a self-described “UDL Evangelist” with a mission to foster inclusive, accessible, and engaging learning environments where all students can thrive. He translates the UDL principles into practical strategies through lesson design, technology integration, artificial intelligence, and Social Emotional Learning.

Chrissy Romano Arrabito
Chrissy Romano Arrabito is currently a first-grade teacher at Nellie K. Parker Elementary School in Hackensack, New Jersey and she has over 30 years of experience working with elementary and middle school students. Chrissy is dedicated to teaching the whole child, supporting innovation in classrooms, and striving to provide authentic learning experiences for all her students.

Naomi Harm
Naomi Harm is the CEO and founder of her own Innovative Educator Consulting company as well as an EdTech influencer and women in leadership strategist. She has over 20 years of experience in education and has held numerous leadership roles, including ISTE Faculty Instructional Coach, Google Certified Innovator, and National Intel Senior Trainer. Naomi also has experience as a keynote and featured presenter at education conferences around the globe.

Courtney Teague
Dr. Courtney Teague is a certified executive coach and change management practitioner. She has served as an administrator while on assignment to McKinsey & Company as well as a director of coaching for Verizon Innovative Learning Schools. Courtney has over two decades of experience in education and she frequently speaks at conferences around the globe on topics such as inclusion, neurodiversity, equity, accessibility, and sustainability.
