How to Talk to Your Students About Test Anxiety
Live Encore Event
Tuesday, March 19th | 11:00 – 11:30 am ET
Description
Since the start of the pandemic, young people have struggled to stay on top of their academics, attend extra-curricular activities, and adjust to the loss of social support. Although we are working through these challenges, some after-effects remain, including test anxiety. Join Támara Hill, Licensed Child & Family Therapist and Certified Trauma Therapist, as she shares how to recognize the signs of test anxiety and strategies for having meaningful conversations with your students. You will also walk away with resources to support students and families as they manage test anxiety.
